The Compliance Certificate Report (CCR) Navigator provides you quick access to each of the reports written in support of the university’s assessment of compliance with the Principles of Accreditation.
The “principles” tab gives you a complete listing of the principles to which the SACS Team has responded. From this page, you can link directly to any of the reports by selecting the item in the “pid” column or in the “title” column. These links will open the “narratives” page with the selected report. You may also select the report directly by using the “narratives” tab and selecting the report from the drop-down menu.
For each report, you’ll see the university response with embedded document references (such as or ). If you select the embedded reference, you’ll open a new web page with the document for your review. Some of the documents are restricted because of “sensitive” or “confidential” information, such as a social security number remaining on a college transcript. If such a document request is present, you’ll be asked to log in through the Galaxy interface with your UTD NetID and password. Once authenticated, persons with security clearance for these documents will be able to view the requested document. If you believe you should have access to a document but are denied access, you can request a review of your security access profile by emailing email@example.com.
On each report’s page, you’ll see a list of the supporting documents used in responding to the Principle (or Standard). Each document reference includes a description of the document as well as its type (pdf, Word, web link, etc) and size. Based on your internet connection, you may wish to review a file’s properties before attempting to open it. A stand-alone listing of the documents for each Principle is available on the “supporting documents” tab.
You can also work on the “narratives” or “supporting documents” page by using the navigational arrows to move forward or back through the entire collection of documents. You should use the “principles” page or the drop-down menus for faster navigation.
Please note that the responses contained on these pages remain fixed after submission to the review team in September 2007.
